Call for papers International conference for graduate education 2025
“Enhancing Collaboration for Inclusive and Sustainable Futures: From Business to Policy Perspectives”

The International Conference for Graduate Education (ICGE) is an annual forum co-hosted by Foreign Trade University (Vietnam) and Partners that brings together scholars, graduate students, policymakers, and practitioners to exchange ideas, strengthen academic networks, and promote innovation in graduate education. Over the past three editions, ICGE has attracted the active participation of universities and organizations that are partners of FTU from many parts of the world creating a platform for international collaboration and interdisciplinary dialogue in addressing global challenges.
In the era of globalization, digital transformation, and unprecedented global challenges, collaboration is no longer an option but a necessity. Against this backdrop, the ICGE 2025 is organized under the theme “Enhancing Collaboration for Inclusive and Sustainable Futures: From Business to Policy Perspectives.” The Conference seeks to explore multiple dimensions of collaboration, highlight the importance of inclusivity, equity, and sustainability in shaping research agendas and educational models, and emphasizing the role of interdisciplinarity, cross-sectoral partnerships, and international cooperation to foster inclusive development, sustainability, and innovation.
Papers may address, but are not limited to, the following topics:
- Global Collaboration for Global Challenges
- Regional and National Collaboration
- Business – Policy Interface
- Cross-Sector and Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Collaboration in Education and Training
Important Dates
- New submission deadline: November 10, 2025 (extended from November 3, 2025)
- Notification of acceptance: November 23, 2025
- Conference date: December 8, 2025
- Venue: Foreign Trade University, Vietnam (Hybrid format: Onsite & Online)
Submission Guidelines
- Extended Abstract/Full papers should be 5,000 – 10,000 words,
Format requirements can be found at link
- Papers must be original and not be published anywhere.
- Submissions should be sent via icgeconf@ftu.edu.vn
- There are no submission or registration fees for participation.
Publication Opportunities
- Selected papers will be considered for publication in a Conference Proceedings (with ISBN) in case the author(s) wish and the revised full paper meets academic requirements.
